Refund and Returns Policy


You may return any item up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Request

To request a return, Contact Support and attach your order invoice and reason for return. If the item was damaged during shipping, please attach pictures. When your return is approved, a shipping label will be generated and emailed to you. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.


We don’t offer exchanges, and only refund to CC or Paypal. But after your return and refund you may purchase any other item from our store.

Shipping returns

All returns must be sent back in original packaging to protect the item. Attach the shipping label emailed to you. Depending on the return, the item may be picked up at your address or you may need to drop it off at a local depot.
